In all of North Myrtle Beach
-there has been 548 residential homes listed since Jan 1, 2009
-of those listed since Jan 1, there are still 349 Active listing (60%)
-of those listed since Jan 1, Seventy of them have been taken off the market (12%)
-of those listed since Jan 1, Eighty One have closed (14%)
-of those listed since Jan 1, Forty-One did not sale and the listing agreements expired (7%)
-of those listed since Jan 1, Thirty of them are currently under contract (8%)
